NiftyX is a product of ten× studio. We build AI-powered market analysis tools for Indian equities. Our website is https://niftyx.in.

What data we collect

We collect only what you explicitly provide:

Email address — when you subscribe to Pulse or join the waitlist.
IP address — temporarily, for rate limiting API requests. Not stored.

We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics tools. We do not collect browsing behavior, device information, or personal identifiers beyond your email.

How we use your data

To send you the Pulse daily market brief (if subscribed).
To notify you of early access or product updates (if on waitlist).

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.

Where your data is stored

Email addresses are stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS). Data may be processed in servers outside India. We take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing aash@tenx.studio. We will delete your data within 7 days.

Changes

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
